If you receive the following error message:
“Your webcam and your microphone are currently blocked.”
Click on the video icon located on the right side of your address bar in your browser.
Click Always allow.
Click Done.
Refresh the page or go back to the Customer Service page of
SRV Canada VRS
and click on the Live Chat button again.
“Your webcam and microphone are currently being used by another application.”
Determine which software application is open on your computer and using your webcam and microphone.
Turn off the software application.
Click on the
SRV Canada VRS
Live Chat button again.
“No webcam and Microphone have been found.”
If you do not have a webcam on your computer, you will have to use an external webcam.
Plug the external webcam into your computer and turn it on.
You may have to install drivers or plugins before using the external webcam.
Click on the
SRV Canada VRS
Live Chat button again.
